This year at HLN '99 we are offering 50 bursaries of $300 each to educators who will attend and present their 1999 GrassRoots Projects at the HLN '99 conference. Each GrassRoots Forum presentation will consist of a 15 minute presentation on Thursday afternoon. Bursaries will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. A waiting list will be established once the first 50 bursaries are awarded. All presenters will be expected to pay the conference fee of $100 which covers all conference sessions, keynote and panel discussions. GrassRoots Forum presenters will cover their own room and meal expenses. The complete conference including room, meals and entertainment is estimated at $200. Bursary checks will be issued to successful applicants at the conference on July 7, 1999.
